Our Story
Hello, we are Gabriel and Stephanie Nogalez; a husband and wife real estate duo who since 2015 has helped clients in San Diego, sell, purchase and manage properties across San Diego County. Let us share with you how we entered into the appliance repair business world. It was a true gift from God! While Gabriel was in deployment serving the U.S Air Force Reserves, his wife called an appliance company to repair their refrigerator that stopped working. After the husband’s return, because of Gabriel's service to this country; the business owner offered this couple the opportunity to take over his business for an exchange of a 6-month internship. Can you believe it! During that time, Gabriel was able to be mentored and learned all the ropes of the business. In August 2022, we were given as a gift the book of business from this amazing U.S Ranger, Todd Johnson who operated Appliance Science locally in San Diego for 15 years and decided to move out of state for his retirement. This huge blessing could not have come at a better time, COVID had majorly impacted many businesses; the real estate market took a turn in this country, and Red Ink Appliance Service was born. The business evolved into a brand new LLC, now operating as We Work to Give, LLC. We are honored to now be business owners of this growing gem. After taking a big leap of faith and a little bit of push from our mentors, we hired our first employee; currently we have grown to 3 part-time employees. This upcoming August we will be celebrating our 1 year anniversary having helped 475 clients with their appliance needs.
Currently Gabriel and Stephanie run two local businesses whose heart is rooted in always giving back, impacting our communities, giving 10% of all our profits, mentoring young adults to acquire skills sets that will be beneficial to them personally and professionally; while helping them establish a professional career. About Red Ink Team
Gabriel is truly a superhero, he is an amazing husband, Youth Pastor, business owner, realtor and United States Airman.
Born in Vista, California. Gabriel’s college career started after obtaining a scholarship from Caterpillar. He completed a mechanical failure science program, which taught him how to identify a problem, quickly offer a solution and efficiently perform under pressure now used everyday to assist each of our Red Ink customers.
Gabriel’s early career started in the corporate world of the heavy duty trucking industry. He served in different positions, starting from service tech, customer service advisor to service manager, then to operations manager for the entire San Diego region. Gabriel dedicated 14 years at Rush Truck Center of San Diego. Gabriel was responsible for his team reaching sales goals, invoice payments and leading outstanding customer service, all these skills he applied to build Red Ink Appliances.
Gabriel started his real estate career at the German Real Estate brokerage, Engel & Voelkers located in Rancho Santa Fe in 2015. Currently holding his license with the prestigious real estate brokerage Compass and reaching 9 years of experience. After his hard work, he became a rising star working as a Buyer’s Specialist. Additionally, he became a Listing Agent Specialist by offering home renovations services to maximize seller’s profits.
Gabriel currently serves as a United State Air Force Airman where the core values are Integrity first, Service before self and Excellence in all we do. Gabriel carries these mottos and applies them in every area of his life and business.

Stephaniel is a loving wife, Youth Pastor, mentor to many young women and a business owner and a real estate agent.
Born in Chula Vista, California. Stephanie lived in Mexico for her first 15 years. Fluent in Spanish, she values the importance of understanding the beautiful culture and custom practices of the Latin American heritage. Stephanie is an alumni of UC Merced; where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Business Management.
Stephanie is a natural at networking and meaningfully engages with people on a regular basis. She is not only a sincerely authentic person, but she approaches each situation with thought and creativity. Stephanie is an active mentor for students who need guidance in getting accepted to 4-year universities, as well as a career goal motivator. Her passion is to exceed all client’s expectations while giving back to the community. Stephanie along with her husband, Gabriel selected Compass as their home real estate brokerage.
Stephanie has been part of multiple top-producing real estate teams in San Diego, where she learned many systems and practices in the real estate market and translating them to her entrepreneurship journey.
Stephanie is committed to helping her clients by understanding their timing and tending to their personal and business needs. She is also passionate about video marketing and utilizes all social media channels to promote and grow both of their current businesses. Real estate and appliance services work hand in hand and we are happy to provide a one-stop shop for our customers. We are so grateful for each of our customers and we look forward to impacting our communities by giving back together at a greater scale in the years to come.
